Digital Product License Agreement

Effective Date: March 15, 2026

This Digital Product License Agreement outlines the terms under which you may use the digital products, templates, and course materials provided by Sublimation Besties Academy.

By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any digital product from Sublimation Besties Academy, you agree to the terms of this license.

1. License Grant

When you purchase a digital product, course, or template from Sublimation Besties Academy, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal or business use only.

This license allows you to:

• Use the templates to create physical products
• Use designs for your personal projects or small business
• Print and apply designs to your own sublimation products

This license does not transfer ownership of the digital files.

All copyrights remain the property of Sublimation Besties Academy.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Resell the digital files themselves
• Share the files with others
• Upload the files to file-sharing websites
• Distribute the templates or course downloads
• Claim the designs or materials as your own
• Use the materials to create competing courses or training

Sharing files with others, including friends, family, or business partners, is strictly prohibited.

Each purchase grants access to one user only.

3. Course Content Protection

All course materials including:

• Videos
• Lessons
• Templates
• Downloadable resources
• Training guides
• Graphics

are protected intellectual property.

Students may not record, download, reproduce, or redistribute course videos or lessons.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution may result in immediate removal from the academy without refund.

4. Unauthorized Distribution

If digital products, templates, or course materials from Sublimation Besties Academy are found being shared, sold, or distributed without permission:

• Your account access will be terminated immediately
• You may be permanently banned from future courses
• Legal action may be pursued if necessary

5. Copyright Protection

All content provided by Sublimation Besties Academy is protected under U.S. copyright law.

Ownership of the original digital files, templates, graphics, and training materials remains with Sublimation Besties Academy at all times.

Purchasing a product does not grant copyright ownership.

6. Modifications

Sublimation Besties Academy reserves the right to update this license agreement at any time.

Updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date.
